The surest path to positive self esteem is to succeed at something which one perceived would be difficult.  Each time we steal a student's struggle, we steal the opportunity for them to build self-confidence.  They must learn to do hard things to feel good about themselves.  --Sylvia Rimm

ACT Prep:

AC/GC High School seeks to create two- and four-year college graduates with minimal debt. Thus, we are bringing proven, entertaining ACT© Fundamentals Preparation— OnToCollege with John Baylor (OTC)-- to students. Each will experience eight, 42- minute sessions of the course in school over 2 weeks leading up to the September 9th ACT test date. Students will also complete 12, 42-minute sessions over the remaining weeks in the quarter for the October 28th ACT exam date.  Higher ACT scores can mean larger college scholarships. The average score increase from OnToCollege with John Baylor is over two points, an amount that can save your family thousands in college costs and improve your child’s college choices. We hope that many of our students will join the “five-point-jump club.” We will be offering valuable instruction time during the day. All participants are expected to engage in the sessions and to complete all assigned homework. You are invited follow OnToCollege’s Twitter feed, Facebook page, and the John Baylor Prep Show (  We are excited to be doing even more to maximize your child’s chance to get into his or her best-fit college at the lowest cost and to become a college graduate with minimal debt. Thanks for helping us ensure students prioritize this course and the test.
