I spend a lot of my summer breaks judging horse shows and static judging for 4H, FFA, and other youth shows. I also like to be outdoors any way possible whether I am kayaking, hiking, riding or driving horses, or just hanging out with my family.
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘆𝗼𝘂'𝗿𝗲 𝗽𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁?
I have a very large passion for advocating for the agriculture industry. It can be anything from the traditional production agriculture to newer sectors such as communications, biotechnology, and leadership.

I have co-owned my own business as an Supervised Agriculture Experience project for FFA since I was a Freshmen in high school. I purchased a team of draft horses with my stepdad and started giving carriage rides for hire. The business has more than doubled in size since we have started and I still help run this business on the weekends and on breaks with him.

Our district promotes a supportive and inviting atmosphere where we can build relationships where everyone feels appreciated. Aside from the extracurricular activities, strong academic achievement is prioritized as well.
