The JH Band and Choir held their Spring concert Tuesday evening.

The JH student council sponsored a dance for the 8th grade on Friday night. The students enjoyed musical chairs, 9 square and some dancing.

The 8th-grade Reading students were tasked with choosing a topic and creating a display that had to include 5 separate pieces from 5 different genres of information. Examples are journal entries, short stories, wanted posters, essays, brochures,... The students presented their displays on Friday and were judged on different aspects of the display.

We missed recognizing our amazing librarians on Friday, April 4th for Librarian Appreciation Day, but we know every day is a good day to recognize them. Thank you to Kristi Chance & Megan Farnsworth for you continued support to our students!
This week also marks National Library Week. Be sure to thank your school librarians for their dedication and hard work and visit your community libraries in Guthrie Center, Adair, & Casey. They offer a wide range of services to help support our students and community!

ACGC will not have school on Wednesday, March 19, due to the predicted inclement weather. Wednesday will be a virtual learning day for students, with no activities.



Due to the impending weather concerns, ACGC Schools will be dismissing 1 hour early today, Friday, March 14. No after-school activities.


Due to poor gravel road conditions, the Adair-Casey and Guthrie Center bus routes will operate on hard surface roads only on Friday, March 7th.


The AC & GC 6th Grade Solo & Ensemble Contest scheduled for Thursday, March 6, has been postponed.


ACGC will have no school on Thursday, March 6, due to secondary road conditions. Thursday will be a virtual learning day for students, check your email for further instructions. No morning activities.
