
8th grade presented Endangered Species posters to the elementary classes this morning.





Two 6th graders earned their "Black Belts: in Band by completing all the assigned songs in their method books.

Mr. Rasmussen read to the 1st-grade students today.

Adair-Casey Elementary hosted Breakfast with Someone Special this morning to a huge crowd. Thank you to everyone who attended.




Tomorrow, April 4, is Breakfast with Someone Special for Adair-Casey Elementary students. We will be serving in the elementary cafeteria from 7:45 to 8:15AM. Each elementary student is limited to bring two adults.


With March Madness going on, we had two AC/GC basketball players hand out the Chargers of the Week awards.


Nurse Quinn applied for free helmets through the All Heads Covered program, at Blank Children’s Hospital. She received enough helmets to give to kindergarten-2nd grade. The kids received bike safety training today, chose a helmet and were assisted in fitting the helmet!





The PK-3rd graders did a great job for their spring concert tonight as they told the story of The Day the Crayons Quit.

Students and faculty wore blue and yellow for Down Syndrome Awareness Day.



The A-C Elementary and the AC/GC Junior High have some current and future openings. Come and join the Chargers team.


Preschool students joined the JH PE class this morning and everyone had a great time.





6th -8th-grade band students performed at the AC/GC Solo and Ensemble Contest on Thursday at the A-C campus.

Here are the elementary Chargers of the Week


Mrs. Carnoali's 5th-grade class learned about the solar system, planets, and comets. They wrote reports and made 3-D models of the planets/comets they chose and presented their information to the rest of the elementary.





Today is National Bus Driver Appreciation Day and at the A-C campus, we appreciate everything the drivers do to get students to and from school safely every day.






4th graders at AC Elementary worked on coding a Valentine's message using Splats with help from Mrs. Moreland.





4th-grade students are learning coding using a program called Scratch. Today they created and coded calculators with the help of Miss Farnsworth.




AC/GC Schools will return to normal bus routes tomorrow, Monday, January 29th.

1st grade had some fun last week! Ms. Megan talked to us about all the different types of work boots and then we got to design our own. We also learned about "coding" and how you have to tell each step. We practiced by making a "code" for our friends to try.
