The AC/GC DECA Club competed at the Iowa DECA State Career Development Conference these past two days. This competition determined whether they would qualify to go to ICDC in Atlanta, Georgia, in April.

The members who are going to ICDC in Atlanta:

Becca Littler and Irelyn Wirt - Team Decision Making, Entrepreneurship - 3rd Place at State
Angel Martinez and Max Trujillo-Garcia - Team Decision Making, Business Law and Ethics - 4th Place at State

Preston Kent also earned Honorable Mention in his category and has the chance to go to ICDC.

The Girls Varsity will start at 6, followed by the Boys Varsity at 7:15. It is senior night for winter activities. Cheer, Dance Team, FFA, Pep Band, and Winter Guard will be announced at 5:30 before the Girls Varsity Game. The Boys and Girls basketball team members will be announced following the Girls' game.
