Our 2nd and 3rd graders got to experience an Iowa Wolves game for the Education Day Game!








It's National School Counseling Week so we get to celebrate Counselor Kari extra this week! We are so lucky to have you, Counselor Kari!

Caught some 6th grade basketball action today.







The cheerleaders were spectacular with stunts and everything! A huge thank you to the high school cheerleaders and coaches!










Olaf stayed to announce our Chargers of the Week!










Olaf blew in to deliver the Charger of the Month prize donated by Angie Plagman! Our lucky winner got a gift card to the Audubon Rec Center for bowling, games, food and more!

Next week is National School Counseling Week. We have some fun dress-up days planned.

Our Little Charger Cheerleaders enjoyed Cheer Camp today! They will perform tomorrow night during halftime of the girls varsity basketball game which starts at 6:00 at the high school.










4th-grade students are learning coding using a program called Scratch. Today they created and coded calculators with the help of Miss Farnsworth.

AC/GC Schools will return to normal bus routes tomorrow, Monday, January 29th.
Many students represent our communities on the basketball court. Here are some pictures of the 4th grade boys team who had two wins yesterday. Also pictured is the 5th grade boys team. The 5th graders have an impressive 9-3 record.

Yesterday in 1st grade we got to put our coding skills to work and programmed our Beebots to follow the path we designed. We made a few errors along the way, but we're able to fix them with our classmates help to get it to our final stop. It was so much fun!!




8th grade Science class created laser light mazes to describe how light behaves.








1st grade had some fun last week! Ms. Megan talked to us about all the different types of work boots and then we got to design our own. We also learned about "coding" and how you have to tell each step. We practiced by making a "code" for our friends to try.
